1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of membership to Step Up Club which is owned and operated by Step Up Club Limited.  

1.2 By purchasing a Step Up Club membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to purchase membership to Step Up Club.

1.3 Step Up Club Limited is a company registered in the UK with Company Number 10456518 and with a registered address at Step Up Club, 1st Floor Gallery Court, 28 Arcadia Avenue, London, N3 2FG.  

1.4 By purchasing a Step Up Club Membership, you warrant you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old.  

2. PRICE AND PAYMENT

2.1 The price of Step Up Club Membership will be as quoted on our site.  

2.2 You can choose whether to pay either by recurring monthly or by recurring annual subscription.

2.3 By agreeing to pay a recurring periodic subscription, you agree to pay a recurring charge monthly or annually for the length of time agreed without further authorisation from you and until the membership has been cancelled.  

2.4 We reserve the right to cancel the purchase of any member, and withhold their access to our services, for any reason.  

2.5 If access to services is withheld, Step Up Club Limited refund any portion of the course not yet accessed.

2.7 Price is inclusive of VAT.

2.8 Payment may be made by credit or debit card or via PayPal. We will charge your credit or debit card when your order is placed, subject to your elected payment plan.  

3. CANCELLATION

3.1 We put a lot of time and effort into the set up and running of Step Up Club. We also want you to be completely satisfied with your Step Up School experience. For that reason, cancellations are only possible within 14 days of sign up, or before you login to Step Up Club, whichever is sooner. After this time, you are committed to paying for the membership until such time as you cancel.

4. COMMUNICATIONS

4.1 Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not prevent us from subsequently relying on, or enforcing, them. Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. You accept that communication with us will be mainly, but not limited to, electronic communication. We will contact you via e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.  

4.2 By becoming a Step Up Club member, you agree that you are happy to receive updates and promotions from Step Up Co and Step Up Club. You can unsubscribe at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for information on how we store your data. 

5. WAIVER

5.1 Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not prevent us from subsequently relying on, or enforcing, them.  

6. SEVERABILITY

6.1 If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

7.1 These Terms and Conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions. We each acknowledge that, in entering into these Terms and Conditions, neither of us relies on, or will have any remedies in respect of, any representation or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms and Conditions or the documents referred to in them. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud.  

8. LAW AND JURISDICTION

8.1 This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the English law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.  

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1 Our Step Up Club courses contains material, such as worksheets, videos, audio files, text, graphics, images, and other material provided by or on behalf of Step Up Club Limited. The Content may be owned by us or third parties. The Content is protected under both United Kingdom and foreign laws. Unauthorised use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.  

9.2 Step Up Club Limited retains all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to Step Up Club course content. You may not sell, transfer, assign, license, sublicense, or modify any Step Up Club course content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, make a derivative version of, distribute, or otherwise use Step Up Club course content in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The use or posting of the content on any other website, social media page, or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is expressly prohibited.
